Complex 9 in Even Yehuda is marked in part according to TMM 21/3 in planning designated for urban development, which is an ideal zoning area towards construction approval, and in part in agricultural zoning which apparently indicates a low potential for statutory change.
In 2020, the Sharonim city council and local committee for planning and construction approved in principle the overall outline plan of Even Yehuda 457-0497610 and it was submitted in August 2020 to the district committee for further discussions and approval of the plan.
On 10/18/2021, a discussion was held in the district committee regarding the deposit of the plan and it was determined that the plan will be deposited subject to the fulfillment of conditions established in the decision. Regarding complex 9, the district committee determined that a comprehensive detailed plan for the entire complex was designed for complex 9 in its entirety. It was also determined that in this area there will be allowed mixed uses of commerce, employment and residences as follows: ground floor for commerce, 2 office floors and 5 residential floors. Also, the complex is planned to include a park and go lot. The area of the complex is about 148 dunams.
