On April 30, 2024, Plan 505-1193937 was approved for Compound H/500, which deals with establishing regulations regarding the area included in this plan and constitutes part of the metro plan passing through the compound (National Infrastructure Plan 101/A). According to the plan’s provisions, it is determined that plots included in Compound H/500 along the metro’s route may be entitled to full rights under the future consolidation and division plan for Compound H/500.
