On 09/2017, plan Ra/Mak/2020 (also called plan 416-0452573) was published for deposit. It should be emphasized that when the deposit was submitted, the plan only applied to the residential area of the complex (Area 4a), while for the employment area they started promoting a separate plan – Ra/Mak /2021.
