General

1. Welcome to the LandWisely Ltd. (2023) (hereinafter: the “Company”) managed website, landwisely.com or landwisely.co.il (hereinafter: the “Site”).
2. Every user of the website and its services, whether directly or indirectly, is subject to the terms of use described below (hereinafter: “terms of use”).
3. The website terms of use described here are subject to change at any time and without prior notice, and the amended terms of use take effect as soon as they are posted online.

Intellectual property and the use of website services

By posting an ad, the user declares that uploading the ad and its content, including photos, does not violate the law or the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights, and he also grants LandWisely an unlimited, inalienable, and time-limited right to use the content of the ad, including photos.
10. By publishing an ad, the advertiser authorizes Landwisely and anyone on her behalf to contact him in the field of real estate, including advertising and marketing information and/or offers to purchase various services or products, and the advertiser gives his consent to receive “advertisement material” as defined in Amendment 40 to the Communications Law (Bezek and Broadcasting), 2002 – 1982 and any consent according to the Privacy Protection Law 1981 – 1981. The advertiser agrees that the provisions of the Sixth Addendum to the Consumer Protection Law will apply to him and LandWisely and anyone on her behalf will be entitled to contact him on the aforementioned subject even if he is registered in the database according to the Consumer Protection Law.

LandWisely Listings

1. LandWisely listings are not real estate appraisal and do not include a planning, legal and other review or reference to the specific data of any property.
2. Do not rely on LandWisely listings for carrying out real estate transactions, including sale or purchase. In relation to each transaction, a specific examination must be conducted, including in relation to the value of the property, the rights in it, the planning status and any other examination.
3. LandWisely will not be responsible for any damage caused due to the use of or consumtion of any information of LandWisely listings for the purpose of conducting a transaction or for alleging damage to the value of the property.
4. LandWisely listings are not representing any official figure or representation of any official body, municipality, state or country.
5. The use or consumption of any Landwisely listing information, in addition to the aforementioned, is in accordance with the general conditions of use of the LandWisely.

The company’s use of data and privacy policy

1. The company may collect information and data accumulated as a result of your usage on the site, and in the process from your registration to the site or your registration to the various site services (including but not limited to the LandWisely listing, forum and comments).

1.
